Academic and Administrative Profiles of Prof. Njimanted Godfrey Forgha Current Director of HICM Professor Njimanted is a professional teacher, an astute researcher and a consultant in Business Policy, Quantitative Methodology, Monetary, Industrial and Development Economics. He holds the Nigerian Certificate in Education (N.C.E) in River States College of Education (COE) Port Harcourt with Distinction in Mathematics and Economics and credit in Education in 1995. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Education (B.ScEd), First Class Honours of the University of Ibadan in 1998, Master of Science (M.Sc) in Economics of the University of Calabar in 2001 and Doctorate (Ph.D) Degree in Economics of the University of Calabar in 2005.Recruited by the University of Buea on the 14th of June 2005, he was promoted to the Rank of Lecturer, Associate Professor and Full Professor of Economics in 2006, 2011 and 2016 respectively. He was appointed Coordinator of Economic Program of the University of Buea on the 8th of March 2011, Head of Division for Tertiary Sciences in the Higher Technical Teacher Training College (HTTTC) on the 13th of June 2014, the Director of Studies (HTTTC) on the 15th of September 2017, Deputy Director of the Higher Institute of Transport and Logistics (HITL) on the 15th of March 2018, the Acting Director of HITL between July 2018 and 26th August 2019 and the Director of the Higher Institute of Commerce and Management since 27th of August 2019 till date.
